Annual General Meeting TOMORROW: RSVP for the Biggest Meeting of the Year!

Our biggest meeting of the year - the Annual General Meeting, where we decide on local priorities and elect chapter officers - is TOMORROW, September 28, at 7 pm. Make sure to RSVP nowfor the meeting!

At the meeting tomorrow night, we’ll also hear from guest speaker Kristian Hernandez (from  the DSA National Political Committee). You don’t want to miss it!

Help us stand in solidarity with our fellow coalition members, and show your support for reproductive freedom, by coming to the rally at St. Louis City Hall this Saturday, October 2, at 10 am.

September is a critical month for the campaign as Congress decides on a new budget, and STL DSA has joined the fight for this GND4PS campaign.

RSVP for the Fall Social on October 14!

Join STL DSA for our Fall Social! We’ll be meeting at Earthbound Beer on Thursday, October 14, to hangout on the patio, have drinks and enjoy time with our comrades. We welcome members to bring family and friends, as well! Please RSVP here.

Note: Masks are required to use the restrooms at Earthbound. Also, while we will be sitting outside, we encourage only those who are fully vaccinated to attend the social, as we’ll be sitting in close proximity to many other people without masks.

Demand a People First Budget in 2021!

For decades, the working class, poor, and people of color have long suffered the effects of austerity and cuts to public services while the wealthy have gotten richer and more powerful. In order to pass a People First Budget, St. Louis DSA demands the following of local politician: - NO cuts to public services EXCEPT police and jails. - Veto or vote no on ANY legislation that privatizes a publicly owned utility or asset -- selling OR leasing. - Support legislation that protects publicly owned utilities and assets.
