Join us for a STL DSA Pride Social! We’ll be meeting up at the Garden Pavilion at Heman Park (in University City) on Saturday, June 25, at 1 pm to celebrate Pride, discuss ongoing chapter priorities and hang out with comrades. Food and refreshments will be provided.

Note, this event is open to all, not just members - so, feel free to bring family and friends!

Please note, the event will now start at 1 pm (an update from when we first announced it starting at 3 pm).

More Opportunities to Canvass for Cori Bush This Saturday!

STL DSA has even more opportunities to canvass for STL DSA member and Congresswoman Cori Bush, including this Saturday, June 25! If you’re interested in volunteering this weekend, please RSVP here.

We’ll be meeting at Heman Park (the Garden Pavilion) at 10 am. Once we’re finished canvassing, volunteers have the option of attending the STL DSA Pride Social, which starts at 1 pm in that same location.

If you want to canvass but cannot this weekend, or you want to help support the Cori bush campaign in other ways, please fill out this interest form here.

Help STL DSA Raise More Funds for Organizing Workers!

So far, we’ve raised $4,095 for local Starbucks workers who are organizing their stores! The purpose of the fund is to keep organizers employed at Starbucks by counteracting the company’s union-busting tactics, which include cutting hours and firing organizers.

Help us raise more funds for these workers! Please donate to our fund in solidarity here.

100% of proceeds are directed to Starbucks workers organizing in stores throughout the St. Louis region to support their livelihoods while they’re taking brave and risky action against one of the most powerful employers in the world.

DSA has made it a nationwide priority to support organizing Starbucks workers that file in our region! If you’re a Starbucks worker at a store that has filed, a worker in an unorganized workplace, a worker in another union looking to show solidarity or you’ve been watching the labor wave from a distance but haven’t yet gotten involved, please fill out this form here and join us!

Note: If you’re a Starbucks worker at a store that hasn’t yet filed or started organizing, we can connect you with the union!

One of the Starbucks workers who was organizing for a union at the Kingshighway store was fired in retaliation recently. She needs some extra help,, and we know STL DSA will step up to help.

Please donate to her GoFundMe directly here.

Congratulations to our comrades at all three St. Louis-area stores that have voted to unionize!
